Tobias Round began his career at Columbia Artists Management in New York where he worked with large touring arts organizations. Tobias then moved to London
where he joined Harrison/Parrott and International Management Group (IMG) as General Manager for international touring, working with commercial and
not-for-profit organizations. In 2000, Tobias was appointed Executive Producer of Matthew Bourne's Adventures in Motion Pictures (AMP). During his time at AMP, Tobias also Executive Produced plays in London's West End including A Midsummer Nights Dream with Dawn French and Betty at the Vaudeville. In 2003, Tobias was appointed General Manager at the Donmar Warehouse, a Board-approved post with responsibilities including departmental supervision, financial control, investment, operations and strategic management. Tobias also established the commercial trading subsidiary through which Donmar's commercial projects take place, as well as establishing investment schemes. Tobias served on the Board of Donmar in the
West End Ltd and is a Trustee of Wayne McGregor| Random Dance Company.

In 2006 Tobias formed Creative Management and Productions Limited. CMP's work includes co-producing The Hound of the Baskervilles at the Duchess Theatre, commissioning and co-producing Swimming with Sharks starring Christian Slater at the Vaudeville Theatre, co-producing Year of the Rat at the West Yorkshire Playhouse and transferring the sell-out Donmar production
of Piaf to the Vaudeville Theatre.
