SENSE - 2008

Inspired by and performed in the glass structure of Endeavour House this unusual site-specific performance event mixed live music and innovative dance to stunning effect. SENSE was a powerful dance and music collaboration between internationally renowned choreographer Wayne McGregor, composer Stevie Wishart and four schools in Ipswich - Beacon Hill School, Copleston, and Kesgrave High Schools and St Joseph's College. Professional performers from Wayne McGregor | Random Dance and Britten Sinfonia performed alongside the 80 young people in a work created in collaboration with them.
