Take part in "Occupy", Jan - March 2013
Occupy is a new show that will take place at Platform Theatre in Finsbury Park, at Easter 2013, performed by young people aged 13-19. It will unite cutting edge art with electrifying music, eye-popping performance with inspiring spoken word. Young people will be given the opportunity to work with professional artists in dance, theatre, poetry, spoken word, digital arts, visual arts and more. Wayne McGregor | Random Dance is running the dance strand of Occupy.
Production and rehearsals for the Occupy show start on Wednesday 16 and Thursday 17 January 2013 and run through to the end of March with a show at Easter.
To work with Wayne McGregor | Random Dance and perform in Occupy, come to the rehearsals for visual arts, dance and film making every Thursday at 5 - 7:30pm at Platform, Hornsey Road Baths, 260 Hornsey Road, London N7 7QT.
Workshops are free and you just need to turn up - are all young people aged 13-19 are welcome.
